"At Ronaldo'sFlowers, we pride ourselves on delivering fresh, beautiful flowers. If your bouquet does not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot address complaints received after this period. Please provide a photo of the arrangement within 48 hours, and we will happily offer a replacement or a full refund. To receive a refund, you must return the item to us, with receipt of purchase. To get refund you have to be the person who actually purchased the goods.
Unfortunately we cannot deal with any other person". The original buyer must be present for a refund, as per our shop policy we will refuse to deal with the receiver".
